Great experience! Everyone was very professional and good to work with. They answered our many questions and explained every step. The garage and patio floors are gorgeous. We almost hate to put stuff on them. Chase and Jay were awesome the last day getting everything wrapped up, especially Chase who was very patient and thorough. Our only regret is we don't have any more floors. Highly recommend!

She took the time to walk us through all the options, explain each step, and made us feel confident we were making the right decisions. Chase, one of the installers, was extremely professional and patient. He took the time to answer every question we had and explain the “why” behind different parts of the process, which we really appreciated. He also had amazing attention to detail, and it really showed in the finished product. You can truly tell this company takes pride in their work. It is rare today to find a company that “gets it.” Neil and his team at Garage Experts were incredibly professional. The product is first class and truly bulletproof. This is the second home in which I used Garage Experts and can’t imagine not having this protection in my garage (a room I would argue gets ignored by too many people but is used more than the dining room, where the fine china is stored). You get what you pay for and this team delivers top-notch product and service. I have been in the hospitality industry for 35 years and I am hard to impress. I was blown away! Don’t hesitate! And don’t think you can buy the kit at Lowe’s and DIY… it is not even close to the same thing. This product is forever.

Neil and Jessica could not have been better to work with. Our job was unique. We have a 1300 sq. ft. deck that had old ceramic tile on top of a concrete deck. The tile was loose and was very slick when wet. Jessica helped us pick out the best epoxy color. It was a large job to remove the tile, grind off the thin set, and prep the floor for its final epoxy coating. In addition, it is outside so they had to work around the weather. The final result is stunning. Also, it will extend the life of the concrete. I would not hesitate to recommend Garage Experts and Neil and Jessica for a quality epoxy floor.
