Garage Experts Are an Incredible Team May 6, 2026

I met Karla Andre, the sales representative, at our designated appointment time. She took measurements of my garage, gave me an overview, showed me samples, and made suggestions on what would match my house. Karla’s suggestions were wonderful. My garage floor looks incredible!! She explained normally it was a two-day process. They come one morning, remove the base, the next day they put the coat on, and you can walk on it the following afternoon, and three days later you can drive on it. In my case, they were able to do all of the necessary stuff the same day, and I am now able to walk on it, and on Friday will be able to park my car. Garage Experts are an incredible team of hard-working people and do a fabulous job. I highly recommend.

Had these guys come out to repair some cracks and damage in my garage floor and put down an epoxy coating on the garage apron. Super impressed with the whole process! They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done in just a couple of days. The floor looks way better than I expected—smooth, clean, and way easier to maintain now. Back in May 2025, I had Garage Experts of San Antonio coat my garage floor. I usually only write reviews if the experience was terrific or absolutely horrible. My experience with Garage Experts was terrific! I shopped around to find a place to coat my new garage floor. Price-wise, Garage Experts was reasonable. Moreover, their customer service and communication were excellent. Additionally, with Garage Experts being a franchise (meaning they won't disappear overnight), I felt like they were one of the few companies where the warranty on their floor coating actually meant something. Karla is the individual I dealt with at Garage Experts of San Antonio to set everything up. She was awesome. She gave me many pics for comparison purposes to help me make an educated decision, was easy to communicate with, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. Garage Experts (Karla) contacted me immediately and set up an appointment. Safe to say the estimation appointment went great, Garage Experts (Karla) was professional, brought design examples to visually show me what it'll look like in my garage, and answered every question I had. Once I advised Garage Experts I was going to choose them, they were able to fit me in the next day and completed the entire project that day! I loved how it turned out. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase! 4 vs 5 stars because: 1) there was a decent amount of clean up afterwards (dust from the concrete prep, I presume), and 2) the borders where the coating transitioned to concrete/paint were a tad sloppy.

Great job, Garage Experts! My garage flooring project started as a DIY project after reviewing multiple encouraging videos online. Unfortunately, without proper experience, I made a wrong choice (advised so by the online store) of materials that turned out to be not compatible. That was such a frustrating experience! OMG! I decided to quit experimenting and called for expert help. Karla and her team arrived and fixed everything in 2 days. I am so happy now. No more squeegeeing, sanding, vacuuming, concrete grinding! I have excellent shiny flooring in my garage that my neighbors are jealous of and... very rare nightmares of my polyurethane top layer forming bubbles. I truly enjoyed working with Garage Experts. I was well informed about every step. They were very flexible in adjusting to my busy schedule. They even came to do their job when nobody was at home. The job was done very fast and in a very convenient way for a hard-working client. Personally, if I had a chance to go back, I would not have done epoxy flooring by myself. I would have chosen the Garage Experts because the outcomes of the project depend on multiple things that you have no control of, like product compatibility. The Garage Experts definitely know what combination of layers works best. Guys, just think about that pathetic rental concrete grinder from Home Depot! Think about those spiked shoes that fall apart during the most crucial step. Come on! Save time, dedicate it to your family. Garage Experts only!
