My experience with Garage Experts was one of the best I have had with any contractor. The franchise owner (Anthony) personally came out to discuss the project and provide a quote. He was flexible with scheduling and always let me know in advance when he or his team would arrive and what to expect. The work was absolutely top-notch. It was clear Anthony (and the team) cared about what they did and wanted to do a good job. I received a number of quotes for this job (garage floor coating). Garage Experts was not the absolute cheapest, but they were extremely reasonable and I was convinced they would complete the job properly. Anthony was a good salesman (I truly mean that in a positive way), and not at all pushy. He provided facts and answered all of my questions in such a way that made it clear he was an expert in the work he was doing. This was certainly not the case with all of the companies I received quotes from. For example, I was concerned about moisture. Anthony knew the vapor pressure for garages in my area, discussed several primer options and assured me he had no concerns based on what he knew and saw, and confirmed the warranty would remain. The floor is only a week old but so far it's great. I highly recommend them!
