The Garage FX® Flooring System
Garage FX® is a multi-layer system engineered for concrete floors that take a beating. It starts with a Garage FX® fusing primer that bonds to the concrete. Then decorative flakes are broadcast across the surface, and a polyaspartic topcoat is applied to seal and protect everything. The result is a floor that’s stronger than the concrete beneath it.
The coating is resistant to peeling, chipping, abrasions, chemicals, and UV rays. It won’t yellow or fade from sun exposure. It’s slip-resistant, maintenance-free, and easy to clean. Preparation comes first. We grind the concrete surface to remove weak material and support proper bonding, then repair any cracks, joints, and surface imperfections using Garage FX® repair products. Skipping or rushing this step can lead to coating failure. We don’t cut corners on it. Once the surface is ready, the Garage FX® fusing primer goes down, followed by the decorative flake broadcast and the polyaspartic topcoat.
