I read the many positive reviews about Garage Experts prior to awarding them the job. So, if I can sum up all the reviews and condense them into one word, I would say 'excellent.' The crew was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, respectful, friendly, clean, and very professional. The job was started and completed on time. I had my garage floor done in 1/4 inch light gray with a splash of red (tomato) flakes for a pop. Came out beautiful. Use them if you want a turn-key, hassle-free experience! Eric, who provided the estimate, was thorough and took the time to explain the entire process, addressing concerns about the garage floor and outlining their solutions. On the day of the work, Joe and both Chrises did a phenomenal job. They set clear expectations upfront, ensuring there were no surprises. They walked me through their process, and I particularly appreciated their honesty about a cracked cement area, explaining that it might still show through (it didn't, but I valued the heads-up). Their commitment to communication was evident throughout the project. The team was professional, diligently protecting the property with tarps and working hard even on a hot day. After completing the work, they provided clear instructions on floor maintenance and when I could move items back into the garage. They even provided a card summarizing everything they explained and were always open to questions. Not only was their price competitive, but Garage Experts was also the only company to offer a lifetime warranty.
