We had a great experience with GarageExperts. We met Lisa and Thomas at the Wilmington Home Show; we liked them from the start. Lisa made the appointment at the show and showed up on time and communicated promptly. Lisa was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions as we selected our flooring options. Also, Lisa and my wife hit it off well! We received our quote during the site visit, and it was emailed to us before Lisa left. We had several other quotes. We chose GarageExperts as we felt they were more experienced and would have the equipment and expertise the others did not. Also, Lisa made a great impression with her approach and knowledge. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. Lisa followed up to ensure we were ready and had the garage ready for work. Thomas and Nate showed as promised. Both Nate and Thomas were very respectful and worked hard during the entire process. The existing floor took a bit more work than expected, but Thomas had the proper equipment to handle the job, which justified our choice even further. I was impressed with the attention to detail and process to complete the job. The first day was the longest, with stripping of the old coating and applying the base coat. Lisa stopped by to bring the job home and help out the guys. The second day was quicker, with cleaning up the extra flakes and leveling of the floor application. The extra time spent to get the floor flat was impressive. The top coat application really brought out the colors of the floor. The effort to ensure the corners and edges were completed neatly meant a lot to me. Overall we really enjoyed the entire process and will recommend GarageExperts to everyone. All the neighbors are pretty jealous, so hopefully that will bring in some more jobs. Thanks for the great service and product. We love our new floor!!!!!
