Garage Experts could not have been better to work with. We had a contract on a house and worked a deal to have Garage Experts install an epoxy finish to the garage floor in that house. Long story short, we had to keep postponing our appointment due to the seller’s bank not approving the home-buying deal. Lisa at Garage Experts was wonderful in dealing with our delays until finally we settled on another house. Lisa juggled their schedule to fit us in two days after we finally closed. The entire process felt seamless. Ron came out to take a look at the back patio and provided a quote while remaining professional, informative, and kind. Ethan and Dustin performed the installation process; originally, the incorrect flake was provided the day of, but they quickly coordinated with their manager to swap out the flake for the correct one in an efficient manner. The entire installation took roughly 4.5 hours, and we were offered post-installation instructions, care, etc. Both Ethan and Dustin were respectful, efficient, considerate, and informative throughout the installation. An overall wonderful and simple experience, and I would highly recommend GarageExperts to anyone considering refinishing their floor.

After completion, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the professionalism and the work quality that they did. They confirmed the color like three times to make sure everything was perfect. The owner, Ryan, contacted me with a concern of the water, moisture below the concrete, and left it really up to me whether I wanted to proceed, and he explained all options, which is unbelievable that he would be so honest about everything.
